The Genesis Versa 4M welding cell is a robust robotic welding workcell designed for high-volume production parts. Its advanced pneumatic Ferris wheel positioner system enables ergonomic programming and efficient handling of large or multiple parts for steel and aluminum welding applications.
The Genesis Versa 4M robotic welding cell is a complete, high-capacity automation system equipped with two FANUC ARC Mate 100iC welding robots, two FANUC R-30iA controllers, and two Lincoln Electric Power Wave R500 welding power sources.
Designed for steel and aluminum fabrication, this twin-robot welding cell provides the speed, reach, coordinated motion, and repeatability required for large parts, multiple components, and high-volume production applications.
The cell uses two six-axis FANUC ARC Mate 100iC robots, allowing both robots to weld simultaneously or perform separate weld paths on the same assembly. This arrangement can reduce cycle times and improve weld consistency compared with a single-robot system.
The included FANUC R-30iA controllers provide reliable motion control and support welding-specific programming through FANUC ArcTool.
A central feature of the Genesis Versa 4M is its pneumatic Ferris-wheel-style positioner. The two-station design allows an operator to load and unload parts on one side while robotic welding is performed inside the guarded area on the opposite side.
This alternating workflow can help reduce robot idle time and improve production throughput.
Each station offers an approximately 96-inch × 42-inch working area and includes seventh-axis rotation for coordinated part positioning. Please contact us to confirm the exact rated load capacity for this specific cell.
The system includes:
This dual-robot welding system may be suitable for:
Final suitability depends on the buyer’s fixtures, materials, weld process, part geometry, cycle-time requirements, and safety assessment.
This is a pre-owned industrial robotic welding cell. The robots and major system components have been inspected and tested by our technical department. Additional pictures, identification-plate information, installed software details, and an operating video are available upon request.
The system is available for inspection by appointment at our facility in Lockport, New York.
