At Universal Robotic Inc., every industrial robot and automation system is fully inspected and tested before shipment to ensure reliable performance. Because of the specialized nature of industrial robotics, all sales are final, except in cases where the product is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Defective Item Return Policy
We accept returns only when the item is determined to be defective or non-operational within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The customer must notify Universal Robotic Inc. in writing within 30 days of delivery.
- The customer must provide proof of defect, such as photos, videos, or diagnostic information.
- A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required.
- Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.
Universal Robotic Inc. reserves the right to inspect and verify all returned equipment before issuing a refund or replacement.
Conditions & Limitations
- The equipment has been modified, altered, or tampered with after delivery.
- Improper installation, misuse, or physical damage occurred after receipt.
- Unauthorized repairs or adjustments were attempted.
- The defect cannot be replicated or confirmed during inspection.
- The item is not returned in the same configuration and condition as shipped.
Consumables, accessories, and tooling are not covered unless directly related to a verified defect.
Refunds, Repairs, or Replacements
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- If the defect is verified, we may issue a repair, replacement, or refund.
- If found fully functional, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense with no refund.
Approved refunds may require 7–14 business days to process.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping, freight, crating, and insurance costs.
- Shipping may be reimbursed only if a verified defect is confirmed.
- Improperly packaged returns are not eligible for refunds.
