FANUC ARC Mate 100i

A range of articulated robotics specifically designed for arc welding includes the FANUC Arc Mate robot series. They are used to automate conventional arc welding processes like TIG, MIG, and plasma welding, Arc Mate robots. Moreover, the latest and lower traditional laser welding process can be automated by these robots. In material removal applications, including laser and plasma cutting automated, Arc Mates may also be used. The Arc Mate series has a number of the most common FANUC robot models since many steps in the manufacturing process can be automated. The robots FANUC Arc Mate 100i are designed for the automation of light payload arc soldering and removal of material. These robots have a small work envelope that is suitable for working in narrow areas with slender arms and wrists. The Arc Mate 100i has a 6 kg range of 1.368 mm and is the original robot from Arc Mate 100’s. The Arc Mate 100iB is the second generation in the series with a length of 1373 mm. The FANUC Arc Mate 100iC release has both been improved with a reach and payload capacity of 1,420 mm and 10 kg. A slightly higher payload of 13 lbs and longer reach at 1,541 mm is the new installation in the Arc Mate 100iD.

There are many variations of the base model in every Arc Mate generation. The Arcmate 100ic/10S is a short arm variation for those with more lightweight envelopes. The Arc mate 100ic/6L is available to those who need an extended-range robot without an increase in payload. Options for less or higher payloads are also available.
